In April 2019 I began posting Words on Wednesday — a weekly offering of short writing on my Instagram page.

 

What started as a discipline quickly became a creative rhythm: a way to keep moving, stay honest, and make something in the spaces between songs.

 

The practice has continued, week after week, even when Wednesday arrives late.

 

I’m now curating a selection of these pieces for a small collection.
