Rest n recoup

Rise from the beaten, the stooped

Recharge and refresh

Away from the coal face

Step off the treadmill

Walk to the calm and the silent and still

Closing the eyes

Killing the noise

Speaking to lovers and friends

Before starting the whole thing again
