The ego of men

When the ego of men

Time and again

Take hold of their actions

And souls

There’s no place to hide

And little respite

When the outcome of evil


But history writes

With indelible ink

And time will wait long

In the wings

For justice to rise

With judgemental eyes

To hold you to you

And your deeds

And thus to these men

We scream it again

Take ego and bury

It deep

Let dialogue, empathy

Understanding and such

Guide you.

Or sow
